This week we had a chance to put Rain-Shield to the test. We taped off one side of a dish 1000 and coated the other with King Controls's Rain fade solution. I was suprised to see how well it worked.
It seems to work a lot like the Rain-X solution for windshields, basically elimianting the droplet that cause refraction, absorbtion and other causes of rain fade. I think the pictures speak for themselves, and we were pleased with the results. I uploaded a video of it so you can see how water just rolls right off the surface.
Here is the video I uploaded showing the treated and untreaded sides as they are sprayed with water.
