Sat 103 LNB problem

I have the AT9 Dish and have had intermittent problems ever since I got it with local HD. Directv came out once to fix it under warranty and the guy just put a new LNB on (that is what he told me). Now it is not working at all and I would like to know where I can buy a replacement. All the other HD channels and sattelites work fine.
