DISH Network launches new ITV Customer Support Application on DishHOME

Beginning 5/17/07 Dish Network has introduced a new version of the Customer Support Application on DishHOME Channel 100. This version is available for customers with the following model receivers: 3900, 4900, 111, 211, 222, 301D, 301E, 311, 322, 381, 411, 501, 508, 510, 522/625, 622, 721, 811, and 942. The new Customer Support Application will be available in DishHOME, under Service as the first optionor by clicking on the banner ad in
DishHOME.

By using this, customers can upgrade their programming packages, view their statement, make a payment via the Customer Support Application find FAQ’s related to Billing, Programming, Customer Service and General Information along with links to the Technical Help Application and DISH Network FYI (Channel 101) Interactive.
