So does this mean that the 121 orbital location is ONLY accessible through a Superdish 121 ??? There is absolutely no other way to access it without a superdish 121 ?

Currently 121 can only be picked up with the Superdish.

some body now if is possible receive dish network in Central America ??? i can contract in USA but i want to see dish in Central America, in my second home. please, let me know.

Currently Dish Network does not provide programming outside of the US.
