Default " only one satellite connected"

I have a Dish500 with a Legacy dual lnb.I just purchased a Accrutrac22 Pro from Solid Signal.I hooked it up using a DP 301 IRD for power. In no time I had a good signal on both Accutrac bars, LNB1 and LNB2.When I went inside to view the TV screen 110 was green with 100+, 119 was red but had the barst 100+ like you normally get when it is green. When I do a check switch on 110 it recognizes the switch , but it says " Warning, only on satellite connected". I have tried many times and I always get a signal reading on 119. Is the meter giving out false readings ? It is obviously something wrong. One thing I am curious about is why the signal strengths only differ by .2 - .3 on the scale.Do you have any ideas ? The dish and lnb have been operating from the same post for years, I have tried 5 different lnb's and I am currently using brand new everything, dish, lng, cable, etc. I feel like the Accutrac is a waste of money.
