Default Setup notes on the Philco TB100HH9

This is the only available analog pass through box currently as of 4-09-08.
Therefore this box is capable of receiving digital and analog signals. One common misconception is that if you don't have a box with analog pass through you wont be able to get channels broadcasting now. However there are a number of stations already broadcasting in digital that you may think are only analog. Check your local stations to find out which channels are already in digital and which ones are still broadcasting analog to find out if you'll lose any channels without an analog pass through box. On the box itself there are no buttons, you must use the remote at all times. To change the aspect ratio you go through numerous menus and options. Unfortunately the setup prompt takes up most of your screen and it can be difficult to actually setup the best settings. Other boxes have a one button system that works much faster and you can see the difference right away.
