Wink Sirius on the move!

My new Ford Explorer came equipped with a Sirius Radio. I never thought I would pay to listen to the radio, however, after 4 months listening to Sirius, I can't live without it. I am going to buy a new car for Christmas, a Nissan product, and I have learned that it comes with an XM satellite radio, Drat!

Does any one know if the customer can demand sirius in place of xm? I wonder if the satellite radio option is a plug-in module that can accommodate either sirius or xm?

Appreciate your comments/suggestions.
