Fascia Guying Bracket?

I have been searching the web for a solution to guying to my fascia board so as not to compromise my tile roof. I found something that looks good to me, but I only ever find it on Australian websites (page 18 of the following pdf catalog)

Does anyone know of a US source of such a bracket? I have sent inquiries to them to see if they ship to the US, but I'm sure it would be easier and cheaper to find a domestic source
