Default Delphi MyFi xm2go Receiver

I have a Delphi MyFi xm2go receiver that has stopped transmitting... I place the receiver into the cradle (either in my car or in the boombox base) and it shows a signal and has power but I can't get any sound. I have tried to change the channel in the car but that does not change it. It was doing this occationally and I could turn it off and back on and it would "fix" the problem... the big problem now is that it won't work at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to get it working again. The receiver is only 2 years old... I don't want to have to pay for a new receiver and boombox base for my office... Any help would be appreciated!!
