Default Choosing the Right Antenna

I am 45 miles from 5 of 7 local DTV transmitters (Providence RI), 1 is only 11 miles away and the other is 60 miles away. My roof peak is about 22 feet high, and there is a line of trees about 35 - 40 feet high in the same direction as the transmitters. They are about 30 to 40 feet from the house. In response to an antenna help request, it was suggested to use the Antennas Direct 43 XG, Channel Master Pre-amp CM 7777, and a rotor. Would this be fine or should I upgrade to a Channel Master 4228 due to the trees.

I am not worried about overdriving the 11 mile signal (we don't watch), but I was hoping to also receive signals from Boston locals, whose transmitters are 70 miles away. I know they are a stretch, but would the 4228 help?
