Default Zinwell SUP-2400 Question ...

Hi, I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to install an AU9 with no luck. I then tried an AT9 and still receive 0 (zero) in the receivers. But before this I was using an triple LNB with no problems. I just notice that the SUP-2400 was not installed! Would this cause the no signal (zero) on the receivers?

Yes without the B-Band converter you wont get much of a signal. But you should still get signal on our older receivers.

Thanks Mike, I was thinking that. (after I found out it was missing) Looks like I'm back on the roof again this weekend.
